The tea infusor is not easy to install and the unit has a chemical smell that wont go away.

Not for high altitude
I like the kettle. However, I wish that the infusion is a bit longer though. I have to put a lot more tea leaves or coffee grinds into the infuser and a bit more water in order to get a rich flavor faster.

It comes to a boil but does not auto shut off. Tried number of times but just continues to boil.
