Two things I wish were better: the 2 temperature settings are nice but a "keep-warm" one would make this item fantastic. Also, removable inside pot, would make the cleanup much easier. As it is, I get nervous about getting water where it doesn't belong.
Things that are terrific: very fast warming up - takes no time at all to cook/warm up whatever is cooking no matter how full the pot is. Great at cooking things when you don't want to fire up the stove or oven.
All in all, love this little appliance. I've only had it for a little while but it has been used every day, sometimes more than once a day. So glad I got it.
